Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract will be retained until such contract has been fully performed. Personal Data collected for our legitimate interests will be retained as long as needed to fulfil such purposes.

Once the retention period expires, Personal Data will be deleted or anonymized. However, not all your Personal Data may be able to be deleted—see the section on "Blockchain Transactions" below.

EveryMeme™ Trading Card Purchases

For purchases of EveryMeme™ Trading Cards, all payment processing and transactions are handled exclusively by MoonPay Commerce, a third-party payment processor. Every LLC does not collect, store, or process any payment information, billing details, or personal financial data in connection with trading card purchases.

When you make a purchase, you will be directed to MoonPay's secure payment platform. All personal information you provide during the checkout process (including name, shipping address, email, and payment details) is collected and processed by MoonPay in accordance with their privacy policy. We encourage you to review MoonPay's privacy policy at moonpay.com/legal/privacy_policy.

Every LLC receives only the information necessary to fulfill your order (such as shipping address for physical card delivery) and does not retain buyer payment information or financial data. We do not have access to your full payment credentials at any time.

Our Services may contain links to other websites and online services operated by third parties. These links are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. As blockchains are decentralised networks not controlled or operated by us, we are not able to erase, modify, or alter personal data on such networks.
